Asha makes a clear distinction between transactional vs vulnerable residents-designing services to not only make optimum use of resources but target services for financial stability and housing sustainability for her residents. She was a Strategic Local Authority Lead and Housing Subject Matter Expert in the delivery of Universal Credit Full Service shaping policy, legislation and systems.
