Emma joined Curo in 2015 as Regional Customer Accounts Manager specialising in Universal Credit and welfare reform, helping to manage a team of 20 front line colleagues collecting rent, sustaining tenancies, supporting customers transition on UC and preparing customers to be ‘tenancy ready’ through Curo's passport to housing service. Since April 2018 Emma has been the team's senior manager, heading up the team of 24, and continuing to plan for ongoing impact of welfare reform and managed migration of Universal Credit. Before joining Curo, Emma worked for Radian Housing on the South Coast for 11 years, spending the last 5 of which as an Income officer, and finally a Universal Credit Project Officer. Emma started her housing career as temp, in the call centre, back in 2004.
